Umut Kurman, Partner
Umut Kurman was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2005. He has a law degree from the Ankara University Law School. He completed a one-year Commercial Law Certificate Program at the Banking and Commercial Law Institute of the Ankara University and he also completed the Legal German Course at the Goethe Institute in Ankara and the Spanish Course at the Cervantes Institute in Malaga, Spain. He speaks English, German and Spanish fluently.
Umut Kurman specializes in real estate law, dispute resolution-litigation, intellectual property law, criminal law, sports law and family law.
He represented many foreign companies and individuals in Turkey especially in real estate and private banking field. Umut Kurman has comprehensive knowledge of Turkish and European real estate markets and their procedural differences from each other and advises many foreign and Turkish companies and individuals on these issues.
He is a member of Ankara Bar Association. He is also a member of ELS (ELSA Lawyers Society).
