Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on Signing of the Articles of Association of Companies before the Trade Registry Directorates was published in the Official Gazette dated 13.03.2018.
Cooperatives are included in the scope of the Communiqué on Signing of the Articles of Association of Companies before the Trade Registry Directorates.
Prior to this latest amendment, signing of the articles of associations could only be performed before the director of the trade registry. Henceforth, all these transactions can be done before the director, deputy manager or the authorized personnel of the trade registry.
In order to submit a statement of signature to the Trade Registry, company formation and commercial enterprise establishment certificate application should have been submitted for the approval through Central Registration System (MERSİS) and an application number should have been obtained.
